Magazine Capacity Restrictions Notice

Due to varying state and local laws, certain jurisdictions restrict the sale, transfer, and/or possession of firearm magazines that exceed specific capacity limits (commonly defined as more than 10 rounds).

As of 2024, magazine capacity restrictions are in place in states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, along with certain local jurisdictions. These laws may differ in terms of allowable capacity limits and treatment of previously owned (“grandfathered”) magazines.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable local and state laws prior to placing an order.

All orders are subject to review prior to shipment. If an order is determined to be non-compliant with state or local regulations, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
