By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase products and/or attend training in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access at our discretion.

3. Product Compliance & Magazine Restrictions

Armexa Defense Group complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Certain products, including firearm magazines, may be restricted in your state or locality. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws prior to placing an order.

States with magazine capacity restrictions (generally 10–15 rounds) include, but may not be limited to:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

  • Orders placed for restricted items to prohibited jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any item that may violate state or local laws.
  • We are not liable for orders placed in violation of your local laws.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Training Courses & Safety Requirements

By registering for any training course:

  • You agree to follow all safety rules and instructor directions.
  • You acknowledge that training may involve physical activity and inherent risk.
  • You confirm that you are legally allowed to possess any equipment used during training.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from training without refund for unsafe behavior.

7. Refund Policy

Training Courses:

  • More than 72 hours’ notice prior to training: Full refund of tuition
  • 24–72 hours’ notice prior to training: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: NO refund

Products & Training Supplies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Armexa Defense Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of products
  • Participation in training
  • Website access or interruptions

All products and training are used at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armexa Defense Group, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our products or participation in training.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and training materials—is the property of Armexa Defense Group and may not be used without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
