Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to training: Full refund.
• Cancellations within 24–72 hours prior to training: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior or no-shows: No refund.
• If goods or training supplies were purchased: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refunded items.
